For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer’s domain name and email address (where possible).

We collect information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information, purchases and/or newsletter registrations, no information on consumers who browse our Web page.

With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.

If you supply us with your postal address or email address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your information is completely confidential. We do not give your information to third parties. We will never send out spam. You may opt out at any time.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. We never solicit for your business.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Ethics

I am here to serve my client’s needs.

I treat everyone with equal respect, regardless of race, religion, gender or orientation.

I represent my self and my abilities with honesty and integrity. I believe your future is in your hands and you have free will and the ability to change anything you do not like  in the reading.

I do not solve crimes, pick lottery numbers or locate lost items. I do not predict death dates nor try to diagnose illness. I am not a medium – meaning I do not talk to the dead. If you think you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test as it will be more accurate. If you don’t know who the daddy is, visit The Maury Show. I am not a mind reader.

All readings are confidential. Your information will never be shared with anyone.

I will never call you and bother you.  I will never badger you to come in and get a reading. I do not solicit in any way.

As a matter of policy, I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

If I feel your behavior is addictive, I may refuse to read for you.  I do not encourage addiction to psychics, astrologers or tarot readers.

I will not read for anyone under the age of 18 without a parent present.

Cancellations and no-shows: I have a VERY strict no-show policy.  If you pull a no show, you do not get another appointment with me ever. I require a 24 hour notice if you cannot make it.  It takes only ONE MINUTE to call or email me to reschedule.  I expect you to extend the same courtesy to me that you would to your doctor, hairdresser, lawyer, etc.  Understand that when you do not show or call, I cannot make that time available for another client – so be polite! If you do not show up for your appointment or if you do not give me a 24 hour notice for cancellation, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited.  It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your appointment.

Blog comment policy:  My blog is not a democracy – all of my blog comments are strictly moderated to prevent spam.  Also, I do not allow any blog comments that are rude, disrespectful or abusive (towards me or other commenters). If I perceive that you are using my blog as a platform for your online wars with other people, you will be banned.  I’m all about free speech provided it is not cruel or troll like.  Some posts will have closed comments if the subject matter is sensitive.  Thank you for understanding.
