why tarot

When I was a kid, I liked to ask why a lot.  I was a nosey little twerp and wanted explanations for everything.

I drove my mother NUTS.

I get asked a lot of “why” questions about my work.  I don’t mind.  I like curious people. Here are a few of the recent besties:

Why don’t you answer the phone?  Because I got sick of freebie seekers calling and trying to trick me into “giving a free sample” to “prove I’m true” – and yes, those types call a lot.  Also, I’m trying to avoid my brother.

Why do you only book spots via email?  See above.  Besides, this allows me to keep a record in case the client (or me) gets the time mixed up.  This week, I screwed up my schedule twice so I had only myself to blame – and emails to prove it.

Why do you listen to hip hop?  Why don’t you?

Why do you read tarot?  Because it works for me.  I also read Oprah magazine because it works for me too. Shrugs.

Why do you write? See this post.

Why are there so many little plastic animals in your office?  As a child, I was deprived of small plastic animals.  I’m making up for lost time. Plus, they look cute in my videos.

Why do you do yoga?  It helps me to breathe more, seethe less.

Why do you post so many cat photos over at Instagram?  Because TaoZen thinks he is an internet celebrity.  He insists.

Why did you create Six Second Tarot?  Because some of us have short attention spans. And cats that take up a lot of time.  See previous question.

Why did you stop doing tarot parties?  I am an introvert and  I’m happier in my own environment. If Milwaukee had good delivery, I’d never leave my house.

Why do you talk about food so much?  I’m always hungry.

What’s your big why?  I’m driven to help, always.

Why are you such a smartass?  I don’t like to take anything too seriously.  Except heart attacks. I do take them seriously.
