Maddeningly, there’s very little info about Returns available anywhere. I searched high and low, and went down many Internet rabbit holes, but felt frustrated by the lack of clear and consistent information.

I wanted one guidebook with all the details in one place. I couldn’t find it. So, I decided to write that book myself.
