Tarot Advice - Guidance in Every Card: Queen of Cups

This week: Queen of Cups

Look within. The answers you seek will be found there. Your inner life is rich with symbols and messages that will guide you brilliantly.

If you need to make a decision, choose your heart over your head.

The situation requires sensitivity. Let your intuition lead the way. If you trust your feelings, you can navigate yourself around even the rockiest terrain.

Nurture your feelings.

Create beauty around you. Surround yourself with things that make you feel calm and harmonious.  Make your environment as nurturing as possible.

The Queen of Cups can also advise you to listen closely to others. Let them express their feelings freely. You can find understanding by practicing compassionate listening.

This card can also simply say: take care of whomever needs you.

Queen of Cups reversed:

Have you lost touch with your feelings or your intuition? If so, it may be time to come back to your self.

Watch out that your heart doesn’t lead you in the wrong direction. Use your head.

If you’ve been over-giving, the Queen of Cups reversed may indicate that your well is about to run dry. Give to yourself as much as you give to others. Replenish the well.

This can also symbolize emotions run amok. Neediness. Clingy behavior. If that sounds like you or someone you’re dealing with, this card can advise to address those behaviors.

Sometimes this card can point to addictive or codependent behavior. This can be a warning to seek support if you are heading down that route.

Questions to ponder:

Do you receive as well as you give? What is your intuition telling you at this moment? How have you taken care of yourself today?

Blessings,

Theresa
