Tarot Advice - Guidance in Every Card: Seven of Pentacles

This week: Seven of Pentacles

Take a time out to assess your progress. This will allow you to see what your next best move will be.

Are your efforts paying off? If not, it may be time to rethink the current plan. Be mindful of where you’re investing your time, effort, and resources.

You’ve got a lot of work ahead of you. Take a minute to catch your breath – and then get back on your grind.

Don’t give up yet! The fruits for your hard labor are on the way. It’s just taking more time than you thought. Stay on it and soon those rewards will come in.

Sometimes the Seven of Pentacles advises to take time off from your work. A little play time will do you good.

Seven of Pentacles Reversed:

This is not the time to rest. Instead, you must put your back into it until the work is done.

If you’re feeling impatient, take a chill pill. Remember: a watched pot never boils.

The reversed Seven of Pentacles can also warn that your hard work may be for naught. The rewards you’re anticipating are not coming through. Or it may indicate that you’re being impatient. Either way, the advice would be to remain patient but if something isn’t paying off, abort the mission.

This card can also warn about foolish investments. If you’re putting money into a “sure thing,” you may find out it was a waste.

Questions to ponder:

Do you make time for play – or are you always in workaholic mode? Are you currently seeing growth in your work? Are you happy with the return on your investment? Is there something you’d do even if you never received a reward?

Blessings,

Theresa
