Tarot Advice - Wheel of Fortune

This week: The Wheel of Fortune

This card advises to seek change. Get the ball rolling. Be bold – take initiative!  The more willing you are to push for change, the better.  Create your own luck.

The Wheel of Fortune might also suggest that you roll with the changes.  If there are big shifts happening in your world, don’t fight it.  Instead, be adaptable + curious.  You may be surprised at where these changes take you.

It can also be pointing to opportunities: be on the lookout for a change in fortune or a lucky opportunity. Don’t let it pass you by –  it may change your life for the better.

Lastly, this is a reminder not to take things for granted.  You’re being given an opportunity or a second chance. Don’t blow it!

The Wheel of Fortune reversed:

When reversed, this card can warn that you’re getting stuck.  Do your best to keep things moving along.  If you find that you’re spinning your wheels and going nowhere fast, it may be time to address what is holding you back.

This card can also advise to examine how past mistakes got you to where you are today. Are you repeating the same old actions again and again? What might you do to steer yourself in a better direction?  How might you change your destiny through new actions?  Break the old cycles – start new, healthier ones.

Also remember: for every action there is a consequence.  Before making big decisions or changes, think long and hard about how you may be tweaking fate. How might your actions affect your life – or the lives of other people? Pause before taking action.

Questions to ponder:

What does it mean to be lucky? Do you feel resentful of other people’s “good fortune?” How well do you adapt to change? What holds you back – and what can you do to get things rolling again? Where might you need to make a significant change – even if only a change in attitude?

Blessings,

Theresa
