In business, big isn’t always big.  In fact, it’s sometimes the little things that leave the biggest impression.

For example, recently I received a gift box from Intuitive Alchemy, a subscription box service that sends hand-picked magical items based around a new monthly theme.   I received the Prosperity Kit.

When I opened my box, I was blown away.

First of all, the box: adorable.  The packaging inside – equally lovely.

Secondly, the items!  Magical charms, a full sized book, a gorgeously scented-magical candle (that made everything smell divine!), and a reading specifically for me.

I could feel the love and care that went into this product.

This is what well-done looks like.

When it comes to your business, think about what little touches you might want to add to your services that might make your clients say “wow.”

That might be a custom blended oil for a massage client, an audio recording of a tarot reading that your client can listen back to again and again, a handout of yoga poses that your students can take home and try out, or even a handwritten thank you card to an especially wonderful client.  It doesn’t have to be much. Just one small detail, that’s all.

But it does need to say: hey, I care enough to provide you with a little something extra.

This leaves clients feeling appreciated and cared for. And for you: this is business that feels good.

Blessings,

Theresa
