The Hit List - New Moon Wishes

Last night, we had a New Moon. I sat down to write down my wishes as I do for every New Moon.

It’s a practice I picked up some time ago after reading Jan Spiller’s New Moon Astrology.  Aligning my good intentions with the New Moon seems to work like a charm. At least it has for me.

Yesterday’s New Moon was in the sign of Aquarius. Aquarius is the independent rebel of the zodiac, a sign that loves to march to the beat of their own drum. Invention, friendships, and humanitarianism all fall under Aquarius’ realm.

Aquarius’ motto might be “all for one and one for all.”

So rather than use my wishes for selfish purposes, I decided to focus on the world.  According to Spiller, I get ten wishes. So here goes:

I want a total healing to occur in relationships that are strained or ruined by the current political climate.

I want every belly full.

I want every human being to have access to health care.

I want every sentient being to have access to clean water and non-polluted skies.

I want equality for all.

I want to see every child get a solid education so that they can succeed in the world.

I want people to feel free to be themselves without fear.

I want everyone to listen better.

I want all children to feel safe, wanted, and loved.

I want love and kindness to be the norm.

There ya have it. What about you? What wishes do you want for the world?  What would you like to see?  Let’s put our good wishes out there – and then begin doing the work to make them possible. Let’s make magic happen!
