The Hit List - Time for a hiatus

I am doing something that is totally out of character for me: I’m taking a hiatus. Yep, you read that right: I’m putting my workaholic nature on rest so that I can fully enjoy the holidays. This is actually NOT easy for me but I want it.

Other entrepreneurs do it. Why not me? At least that’s what my brain has been telling me.

I closed the yoga studio for the rest of 2019. I won’t be blogging or podcasting until after the New Year save for one post on that upcoming eclipse. Instead, I’ll chillax. Eat some brownies. I might even begin working on my next book. Wait a minute – that’s work, isn’t it? Well, yes and no. I love to write and I’m anxious to start on my next big thing – but I need the bandwidth to do that. This is the other reason why I’m carving out a period of no client work.

I’ve got big things popping in 2020. I’m reclaiming my time for the rest of the year so I’ll be ready for the goodness that next year brings. Happy hiatus and  I’ll see you next year!
