I’ve been pretty impressed with Lisa Boswell’s blog.  This post is a good one: 10 Ways to Get More Details In Your Tarot Reading.

Hmmm….not true in my case: entrepreneurs don’t have a special gene for risk – they come from money.

I recently hired Jacquelyn Tierney design  to create some cool digital swag for me and she was uh-may-zing.  If you’re looking for killer design from a reliable mega-talent (who is also mystically inclined), this is the gal.  I would hire her again without blinking!

Wondering how to create your own Tarot Card For The Day posts? Here’s how I do it – and post it across a bunch of different platforms!

The Soulful Proprietor Retreat doors are open!  This year, it’s a one day extravaganza with brainstorming, masterminding, and you’re going to learn how to map out your entire business year with astrology so that you can boss 2016 the hell up!  Oh…and the swag + food will be to-die-for.  Join me on October 3rd.  Room for only 8 5 more lucky people.

HOT TIP: don’t be caught with your skirt down on tax day.  Set aside money every week so when it’s time to pay your quarterly taxes, you can do it with ease.  Here’s what I do: every year, my accountant figures out my estimated quarterly taxes.  I take the amount and divide it by 52. This tells me how much I need to put aside every week.  I take that money out of my earnings every single week and put it right into my savings account.  Each time a payment is due, the money is waiting there for me.  No stress.  Easy as pie, yo.

Newsletters to read: I may have said this before but I’ll say it again: I’m a big fan of  The Tarot School’s newsletter, Tarot Tips.  This is THE newsletter every tarot pro should be getting in their inbox.  Not only do you get to keep up with the Amberstones but you also get amazing tarot lessons and Gina Theis’ savvy business tips.  Gina’s tips are so useful – it’s the first section I go to every time!

Listen up: this month, Bri and I are talking with Rachel Cole about how to keep your sacred well full.  Because if you don’t take good care of your self, you can’t take good care of your business.  Listen in and learn Rachel’s very best tips on Talking Shop, Keeping Your Sacred Well Full.

On my beside reading stack: I’m trying to learn more about photography so that I can make cooler images for my site. Been really diving into this one: The Beginner’s Photography Guide from Chris Gatcum.

Don’t forget: I have sweet little business ebooks just for you.  At only $15 a pop, these gems will give your mystical biz a mega boost.  Check out the ala carte biz goodness at Professional Mystic’s Guides. I also created How To Read Tarot Under Any Circumstance and Creative Coupling.  Check out all these offerings, friends.  There is something for every aspect of your tarot life!

Go on and succeed wildly, hot stepper!
